Thanks.

Do you have a picture of how you mounted them? The AE weights wont fit horizontally into the triangle part on the chassis.

Why? Put them horizontally, or you'll reduce stability.
And for the future, use car (1:1) tire weights it's cheaper.

Sup everyone, I haven't driven my FT SC10 in awhile since I've been running my 4x4 and trying to get that dialed in. I finally had a chance to take my 2wd SC10 to the track earlier today and I guess I just got spoiled by my 4x4 and how it steers. Any good tips setups to get the best steering/handling for my 2wd? I run on an indoor tight clay track with my hobbywing 60a esc and trinity 13.5 motor...... So any and all information will be greatly appreciated, I will be entering my first race with it in about two weeks so would like to try to get it dialed in before then........... Thanks

Nevermind. I saw SoCal and tight indoor track so I assumed Airland

If you need a lot of steering run

Front: Blue/35W/3 Pistons
Rear: Green/35W/1 Pistons

I run reds up front but if you need more steering put the blues. All the other links/ cambers go by how you like.

Looks like Kinwald is hard at work :weird: are those big bores or just Losi springs  And he has modded the chassis in some way also...

To the person having the grinding noise, sounds like the diff gears, especially if it happens more after exiting a turn.

Thx guys. I checked and the diff gears were slightly worn. Also the 3 screws mount from gear cover to motor plate were about 1.5 turns lose. Factory didnt use locktite!

I ordered a diff rebuild kit hope that solve it.

Need help with new SC10RS. I'm not used to LRP electronics, when I turn the switch on it twitches the steering alittle to the right and nothing else happens. No light on the ESC either. I'm used to Castle ESCs so I guess I'm alittle confused on why this is happening. Any help would be nice. Thanks

got my sc10 over a year ago, working and tuning ever since. Got the brushless, savox, just got cvds, and i thought i might as well start posting. Right now i am planning on installing a speed passion cirtixshort course esc and short course motor, alluminum rear arms, calipertires, and then time to start racing! I will update soon, might get new brushless by endof the year.

Anybody know what rod ends BK is using here?

Atmoteam 09-18-2011 10:24 PM

It looks like Traxxas slash rod ends.
