Just wait for the front hex parts from the new RS to come out.

Swapping out the adapter with the factory spacer is very easy and the adapter set is under 10 bucks. You'll still be able to use your factory wheels until you're done w/ the tires and eventually go full hex if you wanted to.

Agreed, I tried the ProLine ones & wasn't that pleased, they work of course, but they can just slide off easily, but the JConcepts ones are VERY secure(just like a clamping touring car wheel hex)....

I am looking at new bodies and was wondering if anyone had used the jconcepts truth v2 and noticed a difference over the stock bodie?

Thanks

Just just finished going through and painting a used SC10 FT I picked up from a fellow racer. Cant wait to start racing SC along side my Stadium Truck.

set up help

Need some set up help please. Racing on a hard pack surface with a fine loose dust. Trying to get the truck to hook up better under acceleration. We are using a spec tire ( hpi rtr tire and foam ).
Changes tried:
red front springs
green rear springs
all squat taken out
4 degree toe block put in rear
frt shocks stood all the way up.
35 wt frt with 3 piston
35 wt rear with 1 piston

The changes made are better than the stock set up for the Fteam set up. But looking for more traction under accel.
Thanks and God Bless

Just picked up a FT today and was wondering any tips for assembly. I plan on doing a little racing and some driving around the neighborhood. I have been looking through ALL the 406 pages but that will take me a couple weeks. Anyway looking at sterring servos and wondering what you think is a good minimum. What else do I need to make this easier?
Thanks
Mark

Does anyone know if the RC8 shocks would fit the SC10 at all?

put the factory 3.5deg rear toe back in the truck and get some toe in hubs to to stabilize the rear. put softer shock oil in the rear

Need a little more info... whats the track like? Unless you just want someone to throw out a random gear.

try 84/20 as a good starting point and temp your motor. I'm assuming running at the Asylum or Titusville?

Thanks dvsstrike for the answer.

What hop up would you guys recommend for a FTeam SC10?

Hi guys...simple question. How does the standard gearbox/diff setup go with modified motors? Do they hold up ok?
