Hey Mickey,

I was wondering if you found a good setup for Hot Rod's track? I've been running 25/75 with 20* timing on my kinetic and neutral on the Ballistic and it has been pretty decent for me. Just looking for more of an edge. My temps tend to climb after 7 mins.

ya, 22/78 and running on the 4th profile on the speed control. bbbuuuuut.... i have access to a motor "retard" system and did some advancement on the motor too. put it this way, i can do that middle triple pretty easy

Got a stupid question: The FT Carbon battery strap just rests up against the rear shock tower right?

5200 Turnigy battery fits like a charm, but my 4000 team powers feels slightly loose. Probably need to play around with fitment though.

Actually it fits under the rear tower not against it. I'm guessing that's what you meant though since it won't fit in the front if it's not all the way back..

Yep, I meant the little protrusion just under the tower.

Hi,

I read everywhere in the new features list of the SC10 RS the following: "Molded composite low-CG chassis with increased strength".

Does anyone know if this is a new reference? Any difference for the current chassis asc9823?

I would like to know as I want to buy a new one, since mine is pretty well beaten now, after more than a year racing and bashing, and I don't know if this will be a novelty worth the wait...

many thanks

Has anyone heard when the new hex hub parts are going to be released? I don't want to buy any new tires for the old axles if they are coming anytime soon.

I got a SC10 a couple weeks ago and its an amazing truck, I run a high bite carpet indoor track that is really technical so I run 70wt oil in the front and 50wt in the rear and it still has the tendency to roll a little in and out of corners is there anyway to eliminate that? I run 2.95 springs in the rear and no dampeners and then I run stock silver in the front.

How about a sway bar?

I did try a sway bar it just didn't feel right, I noticed tonight all the sc10s were dipping and really tipsy it wasn't rolling but it always felt like there was that chance to roll.

Conversion kit: from T4.1 (FT) to SC10 (FT)

Cost for conversion. Worth it to buy parts piece by piece or just get the sc10 (ft) kit?

lower the ride height by adding inside limiters. worked well for me last winter. 1 down fall is u must hit the jumps square. it tends to rebound differantly otherwise
