The offset on the slash wheels look so much wider than the flat face sc10 wheels, do you have any issues with the tires rubbing the body?

Me too. With 18/87 if I ran a longer practice it would get higher than I liked. I went to 16/87 and haven't had any problems during practice, racing, or a little game of "tag" after the race sometimes.

I have mine pretty cut back with the Castle Link settings. Keeps it from being too much power for the truck.

I ran a 2cell Lipo on a VXL system in a Slash and it would pull Switches out of Epics all the time. Annoying.

yep. u had a castle 4600 and 5700 with the swiths' mounted to the epics too.....

i couldnt go 5 minutes without having to pull it off the track and spend 20 minutes fixing the wheels.

you will soon see mine for sale here. so for those of you that really want them you can buy mine for less! only 3 runs on them before they really pissed me off and arent ever going back on any of my trucks.

Are they slash rims or sc10 specific? I'll take them if they don't have the hex. :D

Pimpin 07-31-2009 11:40 AM

they r the slash epic beadlocks with switch tires. some scuff on the rings from hittin the wall but not too bad at all.

$50 shipped for the set of 4. i have some of the little hex pieces i can include too.
