Thinking to sell my DEX410R Roller as I just think I will be using it, it has very very little use in it.

So you think a 23 is to big for a novak 6.5t with stock spur?

i think it might be a bit much but it also depends on your driving style as well...if you're a really aggressive driver or a smooth driver...

21t is the place to start with a 6.5. IMO.

Depends on your track. I ran a 23T with a tekin 6.5 on a 1/8th track.

body help

as far as the electronics go this is a very tight fit, had to mount my rx on its edge to fit the ESC (Havoc Pro)...

what is a good body option that will allow some extra room for the wires and capacitor on the Havoc Pro to fit?

The Losi cups are designed for 4.8mm ballstuds, so Kyosho and of course Losi studs will work, however they are approx 1mm taller in height.
