Looking for a spring rate and oil starting point for the mass damper. Track is grey carpet, small and tight with some small bumps. All suggestions appreciated.

I've quit testing with the mass damper, but when we used / tried it, we use realy tin oil, 600~1000 and softest springs. This I would suggest to start with.

On black carpet (not perfect because it is also used for off-road), I use a mass damper in front with the 12g weight, 30K oil and the red springs.

I only really use like 10-12% drag brake. Maybe to avoid a crash I'll stab the brakes real quick but usually I dont use the brakes in F1 at all.

Does anyone have the part number for the Roche EVO 3 tweak screws for the front top deck?

There isn't anything called tweak screws in the manual, maybe these?

I think this is the part number: ROC-530068 Roche ULP Screw M3 x 6,0mm. I think they where mentioned in this thread earlier. But you could use any low profile/half thread screw. The Roche screws are steel but if you want an aluminum version or a longer screw you could use a Tworks set as they have versions up to 10mm (TW-ASS-306LPS T-Work´s Aluminum 7075-T6 Hex Socket Head Low Profile Half Thread Screw 3,0 x 6,0mm)

Nice find, I've never seen these and I like Avid stuff - I'm not a fan of the Roche equivalent part, the hex is really shallow and easy to strip in the heat of the battle - like repairs in-between rounds. Mugen and Awesomatix also have some nice screws like this.

I used the Roche parts and found the material soft and easier to strip out the hex with little force needed. I found the Avid ones but used 3mm x 10mm and they are the ones I would recommend and have done to other local racers using the Icon or Icon2. They have not stripped out and been worked on a few times by all of us.

I forget if I used the 8mm or 10mm, but yes, since installing them, I have noticed less "shifting" after some bad crashes. Along with the updated and thicker suspensions posts, the front end is now really solid.

I agree with less shifting or slightly out adjustments after switching to these screws after running lots or crashes. The thicker front posts are a must for any Icon car and are stock on the Icon2.

I was curious to other opinions about lower vs higher rear wing. I made a two hole change but couldn't feel a difference. I will have to look at times next practice day and hope I'm consistent enough to see any differences.

So, to answer my own question, I tried different wing positions and didn't notice any differences most likely due to my local track being just too small for aero to make a difference. Other observations may vary.
