Thanks to all that braved the early rain and came out to run. Turned out to be a great night and a great ending to the Summer Series. Congrats to the winners of the 100 lap feature races, that was definitely a race of endurance as well as luck.

Big congrats to Jonathan Adams, Ed Tabor and Richard Bean for winning the Summer Series in their respective classes.

We will continue to run until the end of October, continue to include us in your RC'n plans. We will run some more 'money races' and a couple of long feature races until the end of the season, as always turnout will determine program layout.

Personally i would like to thank Johnny Stringfield, Justin Kyte, and Mrs Jones for helping me troughout the season.

I guess this question is more for Lee, sooooo do you think we will have much of an Oval program since they are starting their season up in Harriman the same day we race next Saturday????? I know most of the guys that race with us race up there....just wondering if that will hurt our attendance???

Hard to tell, I think the guys who race both places would rather run at Goony's while the weather is nice. I can not speak for them, but i think they enjoy the program that we run and the track Johnny has. All we (I) can do is provide a race program, hopefully they will continue to show up for the next couple of races. You can get on Melvin Blake's facebook page (i dont have facebook) to kinda get a feel for what the turnout is going to be on the 22nd at Harriman.

I will make some phone calls to see if i can get a feel for what people are planning to do. I do know that Harriman is closer to a couple of our 'regular' racers.

Sooooooo, are we racing on Saturday???? There hasnt been much chatter on here since the last race. I didnt know if the offroad track rebuild is going to affect our race day. Or if everyone was going to Harriman for their firat race of the season
