I'm always in for Nitro TC. I put one down there last week, and was clocking 18 sec laps. Hooked up well with foams and no rear sway bar. It was just a hair faster than most VTAs, but man that sweeper was awesome blowing smoke and making noise.
Tips for anyone wanting to try TC nitro at Goonies.
1) Single speed tanny is best, or dial your radio to 50% throttle - more control = faster laps.
2) Foam tires (40shore)
3) don't forget the nitro

I will have a Pan Car rtr minus battery and radio for sale at our next race if anyone is interested. Will throw in 3 bodies as well. Aint nuthin fancy and can only use a NiMh battery until the esc is upgraded. $100 or best offer and its yours. Its a Hyperdrive H2 I believe......thanks

I am just trying to get an idea of my plans for the weekend and was wondering if there are going to be any VTAs there this weekend? Last week was great with all the ones that ran....it would be great if we could have a similar show this weekend.

Im definitly gonna be there with my vta legends and pan got a late model too but i think three is already a handful so mite let my buddy run the late model

Weather for this weekend....
If Saturday gets rained out, which it looks like there is a good chance, I am thinking about having the make up race on Sunday afternoon.

Just wanted to chime in cause it seems everyone likes to plan race days on differ days as others and Idk if Yall was aware but hobbytown starts their parking lot racing Sunday. Then again it may not be any concern if any of Yall don't do that kinda racing. Just my 2 cents.
However though I've been wanting to make it out and see what the pan cars and vta's are bout. Just got into the whole rc thing this yr and looking to expand my fleet and racing options. Currently I run 2wd short course.
