I will be glad to share anything you want to know! Hopefully we will see you tomorrow night for the points series race? The race is tomorrow August 7th (Thursday) night at 6:30 at the track right behind Sir Goonies golf out in Faragut. I think I am running things tomorrow night so that Julio can focus on racing. We will see, but I might still put a VTA car out there if I am not too busy running the races.

Hope to see everyone out there! Any and all are welcome and if you have any questions about whether you can run what you have the answer is probably yes.

We are ramping up the on-road program so spread the word. The track looks amazing!

Thank you for the update. Question. There is plenty of room in the back for a road track. Possibility of them (you) setting one up? Not sure if you own them or not... MUCH closer for me than Chilhowee, though still a 3o min. drive. Thanks.

There is a road course at goonies. You should come out and give it a look.

If you mean a offroad track, I think the large lower area can flood at times. The ROCCK offroad track at Chilhowee is exceptional and is worth the extra 15-20 minutes to get there.

Yes, we are racing tomorrow. Most of the racing talk and conversation has moved to the Sir Goony's speedway Facebook page. It is linked on this thread a couple of posts ago.

Oval racing is this Saturday. 7sec breakout pan car, 8sec breakout legends, short course late model and Novice.

They are racing oval here in JC also. That's why i asked.

I just don't get oval racing. In my opinion, it is the most boring form of racing. That's in 1:1 or RC. Left, then left, then left again. Wait for it, left.

But to each his own. I'll just hit up the parking deck for some fun bash time.
