How long does it take to get a confirmation for the payment of your order and what is the current lead time on 17.5 "the one"?

The additional 31 for shipping can be sent via PP to his account ([email protected]).

Unfortunately the website isn't user friendly for international shipping yet.

So once the order is placed you'll have to send the additional 31.

Lead time is 5 days.

There's some issues with automated PP confirmations going out

Just a quick update...

Talking with John, the 21.5's and 13.5's are listed in stock and have 0 back orders

The 17.5's... Orders that have come in the last 5 days are being processed now.
All other earlier orders have been shipped!

The 25.5 orders are being taken care of now, there aren't many left!
A huge rush just came through. All 25.5 current orders will be going out today.

The next shipment of motors come in the week on the 22nd.

What do the lines on the rotor shaft signify? I did some igauss readings of the rotors I have spare and got:

Extra Rotors

No markings
1202/-1183
3 Stripe
1435/-1424
4 Stripe
1296/-1234

All tested on a Trinity igauss

Get a shipito address then you can have it forwarded from there, often cheaper than what a store will charge. I used it when I needed about 200 grams of bits from Reflex racing and they wanted to slug me $50 USD freight to Australia.

Rotor strength. The 4 line should be strongest.
That 4 line you measured looks tired though. Should be much better than that.

The photo looks fine.
The black ring on the winds is an insulator for the collector plate.

Make sure nothing got sucked up into the motor.

Sometimes a fine web of solder that shorts out A to B or B to C solder lugs gives it that feel when you remove it from your vehicle, double check that.

If you are familiar with the motor go ahead and pull it apart and make sure everything looks normal (no rub marks on ID of stator or OD of rotor). Also make sure the bearings are free.

The 4 line looks very week and the 3 line slightly low.

Typical numbers I see on an Igauss are:

3 line 1540 to 1580
4 line 1640 to 1660

I use a 9.5v power supply as a power source.

Which way do you put the rotor in? location of rotor and direction will change the numbers drastically. But you should still have seen a much higher number for a 4 line.
