Hey Chris - you need some 92 or 90 tooth (or even smaller but probably not smaller than 88t) spurs to run the non-boosted stock class. XRay makes as low as a 92t. RW had spurs designed for XRay in a orange header card that were thinned to fit on the lay shaft. If you cannot find either type then just stock up on "cheap" small spurs and get yourself a dremel with a flat head grinding stone to take material away from the spur so that it fits. I've done this a bunch of time already for racers at IIC and Horsham. I've been using this tip: http://www.dremel.com/en-us/Attachme....aspx?pid=8193

It looks like Nexus has a bunch of the small spurs that fit in stock:

XRay 92t - http://www.nexusracing.com/index.php?cPath=145_321_436
RW gears all the way to 72t - http://www.nexusracing.com/index.php?cPath=145_321_322

Guys sorry to hear that. You can call RCAmerica and send the parts in and we will replace them. I know that takes time for you guys to get the parts back and I apologize for the inconvenience and we will make note to say something to Xray.

Thanks Drew

Just finished with the build. Everything went together well, however, I think the kit was missing a few screws. No problem as I had a surplus of parts from other cars. Only complaint I have is that Xray didn't include any turnbuckle wrenches (3mm and 4mm). They didn't have to include the fancy Hudy ones, but if they could've included some cheap turnbuckle wrenches to help with the build, that would've been good.

I think once I get a gear diff in my hands and I check out a couple different shock orings, the t3 will have no complaints from me. I was super quick last season with the T3 once I got it sorted. Looking forward to hitting the rug this season with the new car

what servos use the narrower servo post holes?

cant seem to find any suitable servo with dimensions less than 40.5mm wide (which uses the wide holes)

I ran my car for the first time yesterday, the car has a lot more rear grip than the T3 and the steering is much smoother. I was having issues with driveshafts for some reason yesterday I ran it 3 races, all 3 my rear driveshaft pins came out, and in the 1st race the whole rear driveshaft fell out Yes they were loctite'd. Then in the 3rd race i completely sheared a front driveshaft, just from driving. Oh well, time for some flat spot pins and stronger loctite. never had that issue on my T3.

I definatly need more time with this car as it wasnt driving perfectly yesterday. It needs more overally steering, and definatly needs more high speed steering. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here is the setup sheet

Here is what i was thinking of changing. Thoughts?

Thanks,

Antoni
