Yes, but on my 1/12 cars. No complaints when running 13.5 and 17.5 blinky.

I'm thinking about that one myself. Need one for my 1/12 and going to likely be getting a WGT car too. Two of them for less than the price of the Hobbywing I was looking at. Hard to go wrong there.

From what I understand, any legal body would have to have a US distribution network other than Ebay.
