Sorry to hijack this thread, but are you going to have any Fred Tech races at Tamiya Raceway this summer?

Thanks,
Glenn

Panda,
I'll be testing your don't lift theory at TQ this Friday. So, who has the record for breaking the most C-hubs at TQ. One weekend I broke 4 but it was on two different cars and one had a 13.5 motor in it, so I hope I don't break my own record this Friday!

Glenn,
Fred reads this thread a lot so he'll have to let you know on that, but if he did put on a race it probably won't happen until after Reedy on Memorial weekend. Are you doing Reedy this year?

Today I got to see the ALL NEW M-07 Concept and test drive it.

One, this thing does not drive like any Tamiya M-chassis before it. It drives like a touring car. It's precise and it completely has a direct feel. Two, it design is just like the TA-07. It's construction and ease of assembly is very evident. Accessing the diff is simply done by removing the bottom of the gear case with 8 screws. The sway bar attachment is very similar to the TA-07. Once you set it correctly to your liking, the setting won't change when you need to access the diff of the car. The designer is very proud of that tid bit.

Internal drive ratio is 3.1221
You can choose the following pinion 06 module sizes: 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24. With a 24 your final drive is 4.813

I have pics, but can't post until the first official day of the show.

Remember, the kits go on sale worldwide on June 25th!

I think Pro Spec Class is B3 only everywhere...

9. Tires: You must use the Tamiya Pre-Mounted B3 tires, item #1015. Note: You must always use the B3 pre-mount tires irrespective of track surface.

On asphalt this year you can us the B3 or Type A tires. On carpet you can also use the Type C. It seemed liked this year several went to the C tire but in my opinion it really looked like it
Killed the corner speed....just my .02
