I got a SC-10 4x4 this week, (used) I have a few questions in the electronics, I have a LRP SXX or a Novak GTB to put in it with ether a 7.5, 6.5, or 5.5 540 can motors. I already have the clutch basket on it and sway bars. Is there any other upgrade I would want to do while I have it apart and what set up would be a good base to start from. I will be running on a track with very good grip and is about medium length. Thanks in advance!!

The main items seem to be Sway bars and Clutch basket. I popped for the FT Wheel hexes cause many stated that they were a good upgrade. I would have to agree. Love the AE design.

I'm looking for some like the JConcepts Rulux or the JConcepts Hazard.

If there's not viable option... How would the matte black Hazards match a white/electric blue (with white coat after it) theme?

Will post pics later

Thanks!
With the extra stability added from the hazards wheels i wouldn't buy any other if i was in the market for wheels. Word is they are in the process of making white ones.

JConcepts posted on their thread that the White Hazard is in the works for later this year. I wish I would have read that before ordering 4 sets of black. I also prefer the white wheels. Black is too black-on-black-on-black.

But I have to say I love the wider stance of the Hazards of both my SC10s.

I like the in-line layout. It keeps the weight on the roll center so that the effect is reduced. Chassis performance for real cars would love to have all the weight along the roll center. Ijust got saddle packs but I think I'll use them on my Jammin. I can be flexible now.

Plus 2 on the in line. My truck went from pretty good to absolutely dialed. And my only upgrade is swaybars and wheel hexes. I cannot imagine what this truck would feel like with all the other stuff talked about on here like the clutch basket, pin mod, etc. I will get some advice on that stuff someday.

Ok so I'm getting a little confused with converting to 32 pitch for my 1410 castle motor. What are you guys running for pinion and spur?

Thanks,
Dan

If I was to switch my setup to 32 pitch, I'd start with 13/62 and go from there.
