Low end doesn't seem too rich. If I pinch the fuel line it revs up and wants to stall in about 3 seconds. Again, if I pin it from a stop, everything seems great, it's only when I'm already slightly on throttle and the go to full throttle, sounds blubbery. Temps are around 250 after 10 minutes, smokes a little, but not excessive. Been running Trinity 30%and the Nova #6 plug it came with. Any thoughts? Thanks!

If doing the pinch test and it's dieing at 3 seconds isn't that alittle lean on the bottom? Could it be a lean bog situation once it hits the mid range?

Considering going back to Novarossi after two years racing the Ninja JX and OS Speed engines.

Is the only difference between the 21-4 BTTS and BTT the ceramic front bearing? For Mugen 6T truggy...the 2096 pipe with short header providing a stronger bottom yet still sing on top?

Thanks in advance!

btt and btts difference is the front bearing yes

plus 21-4 (in any form) with 2096ss/41029 will work great in a mugen truck , i prefer more torque like the p5xlt but that personal preference

lmk if you need anything

great truggy combo p5xlt w/17011 front bearing replacement , houston tuned and silicone filled crank and 9853ss/41029 would be my recommendation , the 2096ss is becoming more and more my fav pipe though

ask around and let others feedback tell ya about the combo mentioned

hate to say it but the re11 is not that good on novarossi engines

many guys have been using the orion 2013 on the nitrotec with great success , the same pipes that are recommended for novarossi engines would be the same for the (novarossi 3 port) nitrotec

Has anyone tried the 2096 pipe on a Bonito yet? I just picked up a 2096 to try out but I was wondering if anyone had any feed back on it?

I was running the 9901/21 combo on it and it was real nice super smooth and great mileage. I am hoping to get a little more performance out of this pipe compared to the 9901. I put the 9901 on my FMS in my buggy. I am going to try it out on the 6th so if no one has a report on the performance of the 2096 I will report back my findings on this setup.

Thanks for the feedback, Monty. My only concern with the p5 is fuel economy. I do not have a smooth trigger finger and the P5 can be a fuel hog if you're not butter smooth. I know there's a fine line between having torque and fuel economy. Right now my OS engines get insane fuel economy but I'm searching for some more torque to replace their over abundance of smoothness.

I think it is a little on the lean side on bottom end. I wanted to make SURE I wasn't too rich (low end), causing it to need a too lean top end. I think it's time to try different pipes. This is the only engine I've ran this pipe with, and the only engine I've has this issue with! Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the input. I've heard good things about the 2013, may be my next investment (investment?). Is this the BEST choice for this engine in a buggy?

Call me 5035446624

Trust me you can get insane mileage with a p5xlt
