Witch carb would be better? the motor has been modded also. Both carbs are 8mm. thanks
without a doubt the newer updated carb

I'm in Italy and spent the last 2 days at the Novarossi factory. The new engines look great. Details will be available on Thursday. The engines will ship to us in about 2 weeks so dealers will have them around the 3rd week of February. Sneak peek: 2 new engines and 2 very updated engines coming. Their 2011 engine lineup is awesome. Dealers can call us and get info and place orders starting tomorrow. Regardless of what all the other engine manufacturers say they can't compare with Novarossi quality, materials and innovation.

You get what you pay for I agree. Unfortunately,we race in dirt and all motors become disposable sooner or later.Half of the current motor company's out there wound not be is existence if Nova would have kept a price point that was realistic/obtainable for most. Your not getting rich off PRO drivers buying motors its the average JOE.Time to remember that and get realistic..I have owned 3 Nova FMS motors..They all ran good, but don't last any longer or run any better than the $200 motors i run now.Not to mention the price of rebuild kits ..PSR for NOVA are out of control. You want to have the biggest piece of the rc motor pie? Drop the prices on your current models and charge a premium for the latest and greatest Just my .02 from a prior Nova user.

Default HOUSTON..... WEVE GOT A QUESTION

Ive just purchased two plus c4 team " ceramic edition " .21 engines. This is my first investment with a quality mill. My others have always been used ,pre-raced,clapped out engines. My question is about how to properly break in these engines. These two are NOT the pre-run versions. But with myself only concentrating on one car this year ( agama a8 ) due to budget restraints I really need these to last.

Question 1: The proper way to break these in.

Question 2: Which fuel ( Brand and % to use 20-30????

Question 3: What plugs to run ? ( Hot weather , Cool weather , SHI# Weather

I live up in Massachusetts where the weather can change in a heart beat so Im not sure on what tempature to call a hot weather plug or a cool weather plug. Ill be running the rossi pipe and manifold as well. These are 2010 engines.... Thanks for your help, Lee

I understand and we do have lower price motors. You should check out the Nova S21P3XS & S21P5XLT. P3 is under $200 and the P5 is under $250. We stock these motors (plus parts). Great motors that won't break the bank.

You don't have what they want at the price point indicated. You missed it completely.

Exactly. Now what's the skinny on the Bonito? Damn shame it's the plus 2 case, 14.5 mm crank.

9853SS\41021
2084SS\41021 similar performance to 9853 but a little better mileage

I would recommend a 9853ss. It keeps the temps down, and keeps the power up....
