there ya go
my personal opinion out of those is 9886/41021 in a buggy but also works well in the truck , the 2013 is very similar in performance with better low end and one hell of a raspy sound

Imo if you are gonna replace the rod out would be a wise idea to upgrade

Hi guys
Thinking of the new Plus 21-4 to replace my Nitrotec, but a bit confused with all the pipes. I used a 9901 with 41021 all last seasson and was really impressed with driveability and mileage.
What advantages would 9853 or 9886 give me? Oh, and what could I expect of the 21-4 compared to my Nitrotec?

Hello everyone!!
I was looking to get some Nova Motors... I know the new line of engines is almost out. They are going to be way to expensive for my pocket.
I saw the Novarossi S21P5XLT .21 5 Port engine that I can get from my local guy for cheap.
What do you guys think of this mill?
Is it easy to tune?
How would this engine preform in high altitude?
And What does this mean?
"Fuel Type: Advise 25% Nitro" Is it shimmed for the 25% from the factory or something else.
Thanks.

Novas usually say they're shimmed for 25% max but I've alway ran 30% with no problems. I don't think the altitude in Colorado will be an issue at all. It wasn't for me when I ran Nova's out there back in 2005.

What up Torian!!!!
You better get to CO this summer for some racing man...5 tracks boy!!!
About the motor:
I just wasn't sure of Nvarossi motors. They build so many of them it gets me confused some times

I have the 2013 and 2058 pipes But I can get some nova ones to.
So with the new Line of engines coming out, are the parts interchangeable with the older models. Like ROD, Piston and Sleeve, bearings and crank shaft????
