So the P5 and RS5 had different sleeves? I thought they were the same. I havn't compared the 2. The engine has between 3&4 gallons on it. It ran a little hotter than I'm use to last time. It needs to come apart. Which I will do.

whats the trick, the ports arnt burred its just bloody tight , is it possible to have them to hot and the sleeve expands and gets even tighter

You have it 3/4 out of the block and now you can't get it the rest of the way out ?

Something is definitely fishy there

If a sleeve is hard to come out I use two good broadtip flathead screwdrivers and use a block of something underneath of it placed on the block to use as a lever . Then pry on the underside of the sleeve that is the stop for it to go into the block . Do it evenly from side to side .

Ya wanna call Wes ?

mileage/power i would say exactly what adam does for the simple fact there is a little more accentuation on mileage and it gives ok power . 9853ss/41005 works killer in truggy , 9886/41021 gives THEE most power period on the 5 ports . other manufacturers pipes work as well in order , my faves dynamite 086hs , dynamite 053mr , sirio/orion/trinity/werks 2013 pipes , msr/bullit 1005

one of my very very very favorite pipes but hard to find a deal on them are the jpracing/rscompetitions 2032 with 41005 or 41021 .

whats the difference in the 21-7 (buggy) and the Toro Nero. Is one more powerful, smoother, stronger bottom?

that is the pipe/header we used and it was killer...but the mileage was not there..i may have been a little fat on the bottom..but 8 minutes was about the max on average..with a 7mm restrictor.
