But it only was a temporarily solution because the chassis and the brass tray are still being hold at custom's. Once i know the exact weight needed i will make a brass weight which will be screwed in place.
Don't want to run the risk to be disqualified after a race win because i lost a 5 gram weight

Hi guys could anyone tell me if on your one way hub first gear that inside where all the pins are, check all the pins and see if there is a empty slot?
the reason why I asked is that my light weight bearing failed after 5 min run and I looked inside and notice a missing pin? so I put on the original but now have noticed that there is a pin missing in there also? is that the way they come do they come with 6 pins?
cheers

No empty slots......I have one that is like that, one missin slot... The reason this happens is that when you slide it onto the 2-speed shaft, you push it on and it will sometimes eject the pin. This happened to me while doing a rebuild and when I was done, I had this very thin pin....I saved it and put it in a bearing sleave that you get when you build the car. The next day at the track, my oneway failed and upon inspecting it, it was missing a pin. I took the pin out and inserted it into the slot. never had an issue agian.
cheers mate
