mate i had many days like that with a certain brand of car. but since the change, im having better days now. i know youll be back, but so will I , you got a month and a half till im back

All parts are there as per manual, even installed a brand new shoe set, still same problem.. it is really strange it worked perfectly for at least 9mths and suddenly jammed..

The only thing I have not tried is replacing the 2speed housing..

try adjusting your screw cap set screws pins 983404 until you take all the slop out of the housing..also your shoe could be woren out as i think the problem in the centre hub 335570 has spun inside the housing and jamed up.

Hmm, I never really thought of the 335570 going bad, I will have to give it a second look, as it seems strong enough to outlast the transmission

my bad i ment 335540 gear box shoe
also check your spring arn't damaged and are not sticking open
i have seen the springs that get sticky and jamed open at times
i had a look if you have new springs for the 2 speed
drop them in and try it
let us know ho wit goes

Front One Way / Gear Diff Pulley : 27 teeth
Front - Center Pulley : 19
Front - Left Side Pulley : 25 , 26 , 27

Rear - Left Side Pulley: 18
Rear - Center / Brake Pulley : 20
Rear - Gear Diff Pulley : 41

sounds right save for the 27 side pulley.. never seen that

Thanks Grub I found the problem, it seems my rear tension was too much at neutral position when I changed to Kevlar belts.

Guys it is normal for the light weight version to fit tightly on the shoe set, where it is barely moves when the shoes are completely closed ??

Whats the difference between the T2 009 front shock springs and the NT1 front springs besides the lenght
