Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Managed to get another 2 tanks of fuel through my 5 port today. It is starting to loosen up a little bit(I think). One concern that I do have though. Is it normal for the front bearing to weep a little fuel at all when running it rich for run in? I havent actually had a chance to pull the clutch and flywheel off yet to see if that is where it is coming from but there just seems to be a little excess fuel around the front of the motor after putting those 2 tanks through. It isnt affecting the idle, runtimes or tune at all though so I dont see it being a major problem.

They seem to weep a little more when you are only running the motor for one or two tanks, especially during run in. I am thinking the motor is not reaching proper race temps so things havenīt expanded and bedded in fully. On my current motor after a 20 min race there is no weeping at all, but if I am just mucking around at home not running it hard, it will sometimes have a slight film around the bottom of the flywheel / crankcase end when I am finished.

Thanks for the info Grizz. Yeah I'm not too worried. I will just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesnt do anything wierd. Had the temps between 85-100 for the 2 tanks after heating the motor to 70-75 with a blow-dryer prior to startup.

I have heard different opinions about the front bearing leaking, some people say a little drip out the front is a good thing, cause it keeps the front bearing lubricated, and others say it's not supposed to do that. I would like a honest answer if anyone knows for sure...

Mustang, the Go sport engines use a slightly smaller rear bearing, its best to use a Go replacement rear bearing on that engine, If you can wait a day I can get the exact size for you if you would like to get a ceramic bearing.

Picked up two Go 3 ports from my LHS today. Going to run one in an MBX6 and the other in my 8ight-T. Great motors for the price ($99/each), will hold their own all day long at club racing level.

Has anyone here ever tryed the 28 3p sport, I was thinking of trying one in my ofna late model. The track is small only 60 ft straights so it's all out bottom end. And we run a $ 500 doller max cost of the car, engine, servos so no one can run the big dollor motors.
thanks and I only turn left
