only his modded engines.
try Russel (rocket42)at race factor industries for a list of us dealers and he'll let you know of their avaliablity.
Also looks like GO are starting to producing quite a few engines for other companies this sure looks like a GO in discise

Other than culling info from this very long thread, has anyone put together a Go-specific tuning guide on the net anywhere? I'm about to break my 3-port in, and it's the first "race" motor I've ever broken in (and only my 2nd nitro, the first one was my Nitro Hawk 14 years ago, which doesn't really count). I'm using Brian's method from Pro-Twister Mods, but the documentation that came with my motor is a little, um, "lacking" (as is their website).
Just wondering, since I am paranoid about grenading a perfectly good, new motor that I've spent hours getting ready to start (double checking the settings, getting the starter box lined up perfectly, etc).

Just give Brian a call, I am sure he will help you any way he can
. They are still working on the web site... Its only been up for a couple of days.

if your engine has a Long LSN then tune for bottom end first once your happy with that then tune the HSN it won't need much (depending on fuel plug pipe atmostphere etc) any where from a couple of hours to 1 turn.
If it's got a short LSN then it'll tune pretty much like any other nitro engine.
if your worried about temps then the spit test is always good, put a small amount of spit on your finger and transfer it to the head of the engine
If it doesn't bubble it's to cold
if it bubbles slowly but doesn't evaporate quickly you pretty good
if it bubbles and evaporates quickly your too hot.
There are a lot of things you can do while tuning but it would take me all night to write them in here

If you've got any issues when you get up and running feel free to ask questions as I'm sure you'll get answers pretty quickly on this thread as we all want go users to get the most out of their gear.

Long LSN tuning guide about 1/3 down page 131 on this thread, from Massive Mods. Follow this and you won't / can't go wrong. If you get a short needle carb just tune as per any other motor.

Thanks guys - and one clarification: I wasn't talking about Brian's site, I was referring to Go's site! Just so there's no misunderstandings.
But thanks for the tips and I will keep in mind as I try and break this bad boy in over the long weekend coming up.

Just realized I posted my question on the 3 port Go thread. Figured it should be here instead:
Question for the GO guru's. Can you drop in the piston and sleeve of a 5 port into a 7 port with good performance results?
Is it a direct replacement? Will the carb be an issue?

you should be able to change the piston and sleeve out between all of the race .21's without a problem.
We are taking pre orders on the ebmods engines, the first 100 will include a free Go restrictor kit. Some of the details are still being worked out on the engine so we don't have them in stock yet. We are gonna try and get them here as soon as possible.
