OK, grabbed a DX2.0 and went thru the menus. Let's verify that you have your throws maxed out:

Press the Scroll Button 4-times until you get to the EPA screen

If it says TH on the screen, press the Channel button once to select the ST mode.

Turn the wheel to the right. This will allow you to adjust your throw to the right. When this is complete, turn the wheel to the left and adjust your throw to the left.

From here, Grip Button B will allow you to adjust your overall steering throw.

If this doesn't work, check to make sure your steering links aren't binding up, that your servo is working properly, and you may want to bind your receiver to a different transmitter to just double check if it is a radio issue.

Yup, the only thing you might notice is that combo will have a little more latency than if you used a Pro Series module with the Micro Receiver.

According to the DX3.0 manual the stock antenna is 8.5 inches and it can be cut down to 3.6 inches.

http://www.spektrumrc.com/ProdInfo/F...30ManualHR.pdf

It is on page 7.

A few months ago i bought a DX 3.0 for my electric cars.I noticed that often i lose my cars control.Without a reason, communication between transmiter-receiver stops for some seconds and the car is uncontrolable, without steering, throttle or brakes. This happens with both receivers i have for my two cars.I have to tell you that with other brands radios i don't have this problem and this is not caused by the distance as i remember that i noticed this issue on 5m ,on 25m or 50m.As you can understand is very risky to run my cars like this so im asking for some help. What can cause this issue and what can i do for this?

I'm no expert, but it sounds like a problem with binding the receivers to the transmitter...

For one thing - if the receiver is properly setup and bound, I can turn my transmitter OFF -- and the receiver will go into "fail safe"... I bind mine so that the fail safe position is neutral throttle and straight ahead steering...

Are you using an LRP esc? Which servo's?

You may consider running a capacitor as the receiver can briefly lose power with the LRP esc's and also with some Servo's

Im using a Nosram matrix evolution v.2007 esc (the same with LRP) and a Mamba max esc ,both with Futaba S3003 servos. As for the capacitor, you mean to use the SPM1600 on the receiver?

Could somebody tell me the real date to release the DX3R, because until now the sites didn't update yet, still shown like the Late October or 26th October (the last friday of the month) some kind of them.
Have they been delayed again?

hi,
Can different Spektrum Rx and module interchange? Meaning if I am using Pro module, can I use the standard (grey) Rx or the HRS RX?

has anyone tried that before?

Doriftu, the Pro Module will work the SR3000 (Grey Receiver) but it will not work with the HRS Receiver
