I have read that some servos can cause issues. What would be recommended? Analogue or digital? I am sure that some of the cheaper digital models can also be problematic.
Anyway, i'll let you know how it goes. Should be able to replicate the glitch at home.
Thanks!

Ok. I'll try that. FYI, the spare car is running a new 661 servo already, but the glitch would probably be related to the lack of a power cap on the esc.

Hope it to be released as soon as possible.
Thanks, Gary.

Ok.... Quick update on my findings tonight.
As I was getting ready to pull the servo out of the car, I thought that I'd give the system a try with everything disconnected.... just the ESC and the SR3001 Rx.
Upon connection and turning on of the power to RX, once the system was 'locked on', I rotated the car around till it started to 'glitch'. I wouldn't really call it a glitch, but more of an oscillation of the signal... The ESC has LEDs for neutral, part throttle, part brake, full throttle and full brake. The neutral and part brake LEDs were flashing with quite a regular pulse. This would happen on maybe 3 of 5 times when the RX and TX were switched off and on. When this ocsillation/glitch was happening, the throttle would not acccelerate smoothly. It was jerky, and trying to go between part throttle and full throttle. I re-bound the TX and RX in hopes that it would solve the issue, but no luck, and gave up after 4 attempts.
I reconnected all the rest of the electrics - servo, RX cap, and personal transponder.... still the same!
Then I thought to myself.... maybe I'll touch the TX aerial to see if it dampens the oscillation/'glitch'..... Problem fixed!
Seems to me there must be something not right here!
I have a video of the problem. If anyone wants to see it, PM me your email address, and I'll send it to you.
Gary, what do you think?

If you're touching the module antenna and it's clearing it up, I would send the module in. If it was the receiver antenna you were touching, then I would send the receivers in. My honest advice is if you can I'd send everything in in one shot just to ensure you have the latest firmware on everything. It's a bit of an inconvienience with the shipping time and all, but if you have equipment to get you by in the interrum that's really the smartest thing to do.

No worries. I will send all the TXs and RXs back to the distributor, and hopefully I'll get them back in a month or two. I'll enclose a letter stating the problems, along with a description of the aerial issue.
Once again, thanks for your help, Gary. Awesome! Keep you updated!

I did a search on this thread and didn't find what I wanted to know, so here goes...
I have recently added a LOSI Slider to my racing stable... Visually, it seems pretty clear that the radio gear (labeled "LOSI 2.4Ghz DSM") is pretty obviously Spektrum gear... But I never like to assume...
Is the receiver, for example totally compatible with standard Spektrum gear (such as the DX3.0 transmitter)...?

Other than this one issue, everything is fine, and the LOSI receiver has a SHORT antenna wire, making it much easier to 'hide' it under the body of my dirt late model body...

When I try binding and start my TX with binding button pressed, light on RX goes out but no continous light, just goes out.
Anybody had the same problem?

I tried like million times today, but no luck. I have a Futaba 3PK SR1000HRS and trying to bind with a micro receiver SR3500.
When I try binding and start my TX with binding button pressed, light on RX goes out but no continous light, just goes out.
Anybody had the same problem?

Its because you're using the HRS module. That module is only compatible with the HRS receiver.
