    Hey Ron,
i see tons of posts about how well your 17.5 runs in off road. i run against some really fast guys here in sw ohio in 1/12 indoor . How well suited is this motor for 1/12 on road? What settings would you reccomend for timing and rollout ,temps? currently running sonics and d3.5 with rollout right about 90mm. track is 80 foot straight, medium to high traction and infield consists of a bunch of 180"s

I was hoping you could give me some setup tips for my Schuur 17.5 motor. I'm running in blinky mode with Tekin RS speed controller in a Team TC02 evo buggy. I'm currently geared at 32/69 running a fairly large indoor track with a 100 foot straight away and a good size triple that I have to gain some speed before I can clear it. Do you have any suggestions on timing and or gearing?

    Thanks

Any word yet on the rules for the KO Race? Getting close to race and no word that I can find on tires, ect. Your last post on the thread implied that there would be something up soon. Let me know please?
Any chance that Robert would add an FF03 Class similar in rules as the TCS race and The Whole F'n race? Probably would have a great turnout for the class with everyone so stoked about the FWD cars working so well.
Also have you completed your work on the battery upgrade you were talking about a couple of months back? Need some new packs and possibly a 21.5 motor to run in your 21.5 class. Tired of the speedo boost wars in 17.5 and Mod is too expensive on tires and parts
We had a blast running silver cans at the Tamiya race. Made for close competition and everyone had their cars under control. Much easier on the pocket book also on tires, hence the thought of running in 21.5. Also like the RCGT bodies... Solaris tire is a good way to go also to keep costs down.

Someone on Rc universe recommended you on a older forum I was reading on the losi xcelorin 2100KV combo. I have a the xcelorin ESC w a feagio 8XL. I only bash. The throttle sometime does nothing until I come to a stop. Also lost signal with my airtronics mx3s radio ans went full speed into a Pontiac G6.
some damage to the truck now it is fixed. I also found that I can't program it because I have vista on both my computers. My casle creations work with vista. Should I be using a losi motor with xcelorin??? I also was looking for top speed on a Hot bodies lightning conversion that I'm in the middle of. I found a good deal on a 2100KV losi combo. NEW 167.00 I know that most 4cell systems run on 2000kv to 2200kv correct? and 1500KV to 1800KV should be oK on 5/6 cells. I should mention that my Losi ESC is on 4 cells Asian batteries. Any info or opinions would be valued.

    Thanks
