Another thought is to dial down in your radio the High Point on your throttle control, to say 50% and as you get comfortable increase it.

Answer: a good choice would be an engine like the OS TG. But if you are looking for an engine that is cabable of winning races, go with any of the Novarossi engines, like the NS12.
I will find out if there is a novice class or sort of a spec class here at a local track since I went to a practice race this past sunday and i just got so dizzy watching those cars on the track.... until im driving though.

I think that the serpent pinion wrench will work.

Hi, I don't have my original setup sheet here because I'm at university. At the weekend I will check and send it to you.
Thanks for the gratulation

Hey, where is everybody ??

Today I changed the diff seal. It was leaking.......... and I find out the original xray diff seal only last 1 time. The second time of use will be out of shape ..... shucks.

So I replace it with Hobao Hyper8 diff seal. It's slightly thicker and smaller diameter. I have to use special technique to install it. Roll it up ( from bottom to the seal location ) and tigthen the four screws in criss-cross manner.

Now it's perfectly sealed !!

Compared to other motors you've run, what is the practice motor most comparable to?

I cant really answer that since this is my frst serious nitro car ( I had a 710 that i played with a little and it had a max masimo fantini) .The motor is more than enough for club racing ,I plan on using the 353 for big events and really big tracks.tuned and geared properly the practice motor is fast.
