Got this in earlier this month and never got the track back down, busy summer! I was starting to get the feel but still a lot of mistakes slowing me down overall.
I really need to do the kingpin flip and I picked up some super low kyosho fronts to try next month. Maybe I'll even try my awd again, I got a good price on DWS rear for it to upgrade :P

No one is messing with me! LOL It will do it when it is sitting in front of me on my worktable overnight. I didn't clean the rim or tire with alcohol that I'm having problems with, so I had a pair of new rims and the second set of tires. I cleaned the new set and taped them, and so far so good, the second set is staying put!
I live just outside Waco. I know the local Hobbytown has a track they set up, but that's all I know of so if you know of another I would LOVE to check it out! Thanks!!!

Funny, We lived less than 100 yards from there for years when we first moved to Waco, and they are still close! Hopefully my Back will be up for a night at the track on Wednesday!

Lean participation for June! Looking forward to some CCW laps soon. What turns gave you the hardest time running CW? For me it was turns 7,8 9. Anybody stateside turning some Independence Day laps? 🇺🇸🎇🎆🧨

Well my back has been out so I haven't run hardly any laps yet, but I figured out what was happening with my tires! After mounting the second set I had them on my work bench and they seemed to stay put, but after a week I saw one had popped off even after cleaning with alcohol before mounting. So I remounted the tire and this time I went around using my thumb to "equalize" the tire on the rim by flipping the tire up by the edge all the way around the rim a few times on both edges.
They have stayed put since!
SO I am going to try my best at CCW, but I'm not expecting much! LOL
