Here's a belt tensioner modification I just finished.. if you remove the bearings off the motor mount you can move the motor over more for using larger Spurs and larger opinions

I wanted the battery to float to better aid in chassis flex so I used some of the tamiya 1mm foam from my trf102 f1 car....
I used the exo 6 battery hold down set from exotek and some blue washers from ebay and some 2mm shims and some 12mm screws that came with the psm set.
pulley is a 20mm post from ebay and the plastic motor mount from the ta07 and some small bearings.
All in all it looks factory I think which is what I was going for

After some testing I decided to add a second mod to the battery holder to keep the battery holders from moving forward upon impact I added a M3 screw and M3 nut in the second hole already provided by the chassis see pic

The eagle racing aluminum bulkheads are very nice and fit perfectly with the PSM chassis ready to run weight is 1254 I need to get to 1380 for us GT and that is with a lightweight Tamiya body set and a Tamiya lightweight rear wing I will have to add weight

Just want to thank PSM for having great customer service. My order came in today for some parts that I ordered. Along with replacement hardware in blue anodizing. The replacement hardware is for the conversion kit that I bought a few weeks ago. Which came with chrome anodizing. I wasn’t expecting on the replacement hardware. But it sure looks a lot better in blue.

Default Tinkering with the TA07 chassis.

Test print for fitment with the intention of making a plastic, alloy and carbon version. Centre line screw holes have been aligned to the middle and a new plastic 3 screw motor mount attachment has been made.
