Is this a different machine?

What happened to the original 'creator' and his EBIS?

Nice! and easy to put away with the oil in it. But remember the deep fryer need to go as 100 degrees celcius. Many do start with a higher temp. But replacing the theromstat for a different one with a better temperature range is easy.
And I would use a different flexcoupler, a version with a clamp constructio instead of this one with a grubscrew, just not to damage the crankshaft.

Yes the temp stayed automatically at 200 degrees... not really going to replace the temperature control but more of a monitor so if I need to adjust the temperature. I ordered the wrong Flex coupler it was the wrong size first one I had was a clamp but it was a 6 not a 6.35 to a 5 mm.

Just drill the 6mm hole up to 6.35mm (1/4")

Looking at that RCtarget....

The base unit:
Amazon Amazon

The timer:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-Thermos...-/401229762943

The RPM meter
https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/Digital-LED-Punch-Tachometer-RPM-Speed-Panel-Meter-4-digit-9999RPM-Tacho-Gauge-Hall-Proximity-Sensor/32671761984.html

I
think on the inside a normal brushed motor is used with an el cheapo PWM controler

OK, nice looking case which is not that difficult to make fittin on the top cover of the mini deep fryer.

With outsourcing the bending and CNC milling of the materials I do not think the total costs will go above 350 dollar. I think they can share some fee with me for the idea

On Facebook you can find the EBIS product page (not to confuse with EBIS Australia). You can contact the builder RichardE on this forum.

And arround the world there are now several oil bath break in devices to find.
