Then there is that RC target thing from just a few posts back

Are you looking for dual voltage? like a 110 / 220V unit? You could run a transformer if needed.

Yeah but it's 110v only.

Has anyone tested it?

With the idea there is nothing wrong, maybe a bit too large for just 1 engine but it will look nice on the bench and will do the job. I do not get the idea of the timer, it does not give any readout if you have used it long enough but if they think it is needed....

And is 110v a problem? Last I was finding out how a 110v flim studio sunlight lamp can be modified for 220v, a 300w 220/110v transformer just cost 50 bucks, that is a small investment, OK, if the same heater is still used it should draw 850w but even then a converter can be found.

Honestly, I'd like to just purchase the 'original' one and hope he sells them again soon.

On a Dutch computer forum you could sugest xmass gifts for a reasonable price. One of the sugestions was this one:
https://anovaculinary.com/?adnet=d&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0evn8OCh3wIVCbx3Ch3qeg0 nEAEYASAAEgL8rPD_BwE

The cheaper one can be controled by bluetooth and the more expensive one by WiFi.

If you want to do a home build project then this could be a nice heater.
