Xray NT1

Traction will be high. At the state race, sedans were on the edge of tipping if you tried to overcompensate or over correct in corners, so i expect it to be as good if not better for the December race

It won't be for awhile. The '13 was released in the spring of this year. The '13 is a small overhaul from the '12 and previous models. New suspension which lowers the CG is the big change. Also, the addition of the front wire sway bar, which no one uses. Another change was flex/fixed upper deck inserts. If you are new, i would find a used '12 or maybe even a new '13. Talk to the guys up there, Diatta, Jamie, and Richie

Next summer will be my 2nd full season and 2nd season with the nt1 12, not as fast as the guys escalayd spoke about but have done well with the 12.
If your newer than I am either will be more than you or I need.
I put my 12 in the A final at the state race and prob would've at the regionals if my bearing didn't seize up in the B final warm up causing me to pull it.
I'm sticking with the 12 since I have a lot more to learn and I mean a lot more to learn before a new car will make me faster.
That being said, the 13 is a wise choice if you're going brand new but if you can get a good condition 12 or even WC you'll be fine. Plus when you're ready all the spares fit the 13 or just buy shocks, chassis and shock towers and its a 13 minus the front wire arb, which no one uses anyway.
Good luck and see u next summer

I'm sure plenty of ppl do, but on the tracks I alternate racing on the blade is the right option.
What is the better option for clutch spring?
I was using a hard xray ultra stable spring and liked it but felt like it was never giving me the bottom end out of my murnan RBM3 I've been looking for.
My last race I showed up late and still had to put my motor in and set it up, including the clutch, so I asked a guy that knows exactly how to get hat I was looking for.
He gave me the numbers and to use a the med spring (xray) and whoa the car was a rocket. From now on its what I'll be using.
Does anyone have an opinion for why the med spring was better?
Started the season with hard spring and yellow shoe on the high dynamic and changed to med spring with red shoe in the high dynamic
