Just ordered an Ultra Sportsman V2 10.5 for my 2wd buggy. I know its the old version but, whatever. I just wanted something a little faster than the 13.5 I have now. I don't even mess with the timing on my current system so, I'm none too worried about it.

I have a question though. Is 10.5 the max turn limit for a 70A esc? Is that how the amperage works on escs? Like would a 120A handle faster motors like 5.5T? 60A would handle like 13.5-21.5T? Am I right or wrong?

No a 70a esc can handle down to 6.5t safely. Same with a 60a. Always make sure to gear properly as well. Some companies rate their esc different but they will all be around the same. 120A is pretty much anything goes 1/10 wise...

Right on, brah. So, currently I'm geared at 27/78. I'd assume with a 10.5 I go to a 24-25 pinion and should be golden.

Tried the 428MOD two weeks ago and this wasn't smooth coming out of the turns. So I tried the 205MOD this week, MUCH better, the guy's I race with noticed the difference during the Qual's and asked what I did to the SC10 to make it "JUMP" out of the corners. These guys finished behind me last night!

The only change was the software, same carpet track, tires, motor and lipo.

Did notice the the with 205MOD I have "Blicky" led flashing!!!!

Can anyone tell me if this here is brushless, and also lipo compatible?
Looking for something cheap and equal to run with a group of mates for some fun.

Anyone out there running this on Windows 7?

LCD card works fine w/speedo.

I can hear the usb plug into card.

I'm stumped.
UPDATE....GOT IT TO WORK!!

Well apparantly there was a setting between the driver software and my laptop that needed an adjustment. Took forever to figure out, but am happy to say that everything is working. Was able to update the LCD and load Stock1. Very slick operating interface.

Thanks to Raul and to Albert at Speed Passions USA office for brainstorming with me.

I am unclear what you are asking.

Wondering if anyone has some tips for a B44.1 running 8.5? Trying to maximize the 2.0 gt2. Right now it's on mod, but factory settings. I'm also using a 3pks radio, and I could use some assistance theresa well.

High traction, clay, somewhat small with one moderate straight.

Once I free up some money, I'll likely pick up the new reventon. So for 4mod, obviously the pro, but what do people like for 17.5?
