Ok, understand the Castor oil thing ... here is a cut and paste from the Power Master fuel web page:
"Ultra-clean burn – Easy to tune - No after-run necessary
Extended runtime that sheds pit stops during long mains
Multi-viscosity 9% lubrication package: Synthetic/Castor
blend w/ high-tech EP package for the ultimate combination of rpm and protection"

So i just bought a Roma and wondering which pipe is best for it. currently i have a Nova 2096/41021, Jp-4, Losi RE11, Aplus0801.
I remember reading that some like the 9886 pipe.
Also wondering if the Roma came with the new nova carby.

i run the 2084/41029 on mine to soften it out a little. Thats what i had on it yesterday at Sunshine if you remember seeing it.
The 2096 will be a good pipe on it with the short header

What causes the top of the piston to turn black?
It looked like the inside of a chimney.
I was able to clean it and get it off. I usually take apart and clean my motors about every 3-4 weeks and the last time it was done I didn't have this problem.
This is on a Bonito
