Ok for those that got the FT kit already, did yours come with tires? I have the bag with wheels but no tires? I am now going to go through everything and see what else may be missing..........


EDIT: NVM I read the requirements to finish on towerhobbies and it does say tires.........

Part number is still the same, so you should ask if the shop already has the updated version in stock or not.. otherwise you might end up with the same as before.

is a 550 4.5 trun motor to much power for the stock slipper? i know get the up grade disc.

Hey ilanstylz, it doesn't come with tires, look at the manufactures notes/ parts needed to complete. I just checked my mail and I also received the package from AE, thanks, thanks tor getting it done for us new FT owners.

Tried the 7k/5k on Thursday finally. Still seems to have an on power push, but it helped a little. I'm filling them with 5/3 now. Hopefully it gets me where I need to be. A couple of guys I race with drove my truck yesterday and they also noticed the push. Sucks cause other than that it is perfect.

my first time doing a back order with them. i wish they would have called or something. came home from work to see it when i was looking for some springs for my 2wd on the site. now it sits all weekend then ships monday instead of shipping today. not like i can do anything with it. the other day i checked and it said apr 1 so i soldiered on getting stuff and what not for the scx60cf that came.

even though i am getting both, I wonder why some of these release 1st quarter. is there that many out door tracks out there. all i have is indoor tracks to play with....... and flying season is right around the corner for me as well bright side i guess. the cars will both be ready for fall season

Consider yourself blessed. The only indoor off road track around here just closed. All the other indoor ones are an hour or more drive.
