RC10B4.1 FT/WC
Has anyone noticed on Cavalieris car on the worlds box that his springs are old Losi springs? It looks as if he took all the coating off of them but left a little pink on the bottom of the rear and marked the silver with a little paint. Yet the setups still say brown and green. I believe that the longer chassis may actually need a little firmer spring as well.

I got a b4.1 ft 3 months ago, been reading every post on here since then and ran it for the first time 2 weeks back. my track is very bumpy, medium traction but the track gets pretty dusty. running what seems to be popular setup options front- 30wt,#2, brown, rear-27.5, #2, green. Losi bk bar pink in back, losi taper pin front. most everything is mounted up (shock towers, camber links, etc) to match wild cherry setup he has mentioned to use multiple times. key thing is I am not on the +8mm chassis. lrp sphere esc with a novak ballistic 10.5 on board.
car is a handful. I am a decent driver (drive an sc10, run mostly in the amain of 36 drivers). buggy jumps awkward, pushes on slow and high speed steering, is loose as can be under power. Ive tuned down the power which has helped.
my main question. I just got losi bb and plan on converting. honestly I do not want to put much more $ into if I should just buy the worlds edition instead. the +8mm is around $50 and I can buy a worlds for $250. Im a low budget racer, need to spend my $ in the important areas. honest feedback, some setup tips to get this thing rolling or simply go buy a worlds and be done with it? appreciate the help, as I mentioned have been reading for about 3 months and you guys are great on the forum.

Bob.. I think they used a smaller spur gear because traction and reduce wheel spin.. I was told that the track is a weird surface like it has bite but doesnt.. like a very polished grooveface hard sur.. so a low pro tire is the hot ticket once u get rolling but the inital get up spins easy... If u look at the setups also look at the speedo numbers not a whole lot of punch use they seem to tame that down also... And whe all know the change when u move the motor.. and put the weight directly over the axles..
I ask brent T when i 1st got on AE about the 2hole castor block vr the 3 hole if you notice there all using them on when highspeed/with good bite...He said theres less flex with the 2 hole one compared to the 3... likeu see there using the 2 hole castor along with almost everything carbon except for the shocktowers...
For some reason this slip mymind and i forget.. whats the difference in the 3 rear arms.. and how do they rate.... i think it goes carbon/stock/then b44 (less trac-more tarction)? am i right
