Then, wouldn't using 16 balls, all ceramic, with black grease be somewhat of an ultimate diff? I've had bad luck with ceramic diff balls before, so I never used them again.

If you do end up replacing both the hub and hub-carrier with aluminum parts, you might breaking suspension arms or bending hinge pins often. The arms are really brittle on the Lightweight suspension.

The black screws are steel. They aren't titanium screws painted black. You can always get titanium screw sets for the MSXX if you aren't satisfied with the steel screws.
