OEM is indeed 4mm. I just checked with a 4mm socket. Also threw it @ my digital calipers which confirmed it....

anyways, got it all soldered up!!!!! the rx8 does not like 10 gauge wires.... was a pita to get it in there.... but at least my wires wont...

this isn't about that... castle has flat out told me conflicting...

what is the model number of your receiver and the transmitter? there are several different versions of the traxxas transmitters and receivers, and not all of them are compatible with one another
