What do you do with the battery

I just got my 4px from banzi hobby and it came with a life and no double a battery holder. Im wondering if anyone knows if there is a double A battery holder for 4 double a's for this radio, just looking for one as a spare incase the life dies.
Thanks!

Radio should of came with "AA" holder. It was nice they included a LiFe battery, because Futaba ships them without s battery. Futaba recommends only using the AA's for configuring the radio using display mode, but not for actually controlling the vehicle. Mine came with the holder but no battery and I received mine directly from Futaba's distributor.

GREAT DEAL!!!!!! I paid 470.00 also, but no battery or extra rx...

Lol Ill keep the life :P.

Mine came with a "AA" holder but I purchased my LiFe battery. DON'T charge the Life battery in the radio! if something goes wrong with the charge your radio is guaranteed toast. Did the battery come with balancing taps? It should've. If it didn't I would send it back and get one with balancing taps.

Tower Hobbies, its listed for 549.00, but I used a coupon code that saved me 80.00 when spending 550.00 or more. I am gold member at Tower so my code was 10.00 over the normal, but still to save 70.00 is great.

The current code for May is:

510AT

That is 60.00 off when spending 549.00 or more

Tower isnt the best site for us racers, as Amain, Tqracing, may have more items geared toward the racer, but if you run Futaba, and use protoform bodies, using their coupons really gives you prices that are hard to beat. If you race using Tamiya, Associated, Hot Bodies, then it gets even better. I am about to order a couple of Lrp Flow esc's and use a coupon code and pay using ezpay to split it over 3 payments...can't beat it!

http://banzaihobby.com/futaba-8442-3 (comes with 2x's for $450)
http://banzaihobby.com/futaba-8441-3 (comes with 1 rx for $433) Also comes with life etc like the other model

$450 plus I think $ for shipping, comes with 2 rx's and the life battery, as well as a life charger so you can charge it in your radio if you want. Only thing you may want to buy is the larger grip they also sell it its I think $6 bucks.

I got mine in my hands in 3 days
