Are ppl having any problems with the REVENTON pro?

Hi guys, I have a reventon S with a 13.5t brushless motor (with 30 degrees of timing) for my touring car.
I'm just a bit confused with the DMTS (dynamic multi timing system) part. How would I know which setting would be best and most efficient for touring (asphalt track with a 50m long straight) Also, would it be advisable to keep the Digital Racing Response System - (DRRS) to maximum level 9 or should I keep it at the recommended 5 setting? thanks in advance! |

My local hobby shop has sent three back to get fixed including mine.

I just sent mine in. Randomly shuts power off to the motor... I have tried every adjustment to try and stop it from occuring....No luck. Hopefully they have resolved the issue.

What kind of a question is that I have no clue! Here is one for you. What percentage of people running the Reventon are following this thread?
I had the same issue. Tried EVERYTHING. Just send it in hope you get it back within a decent time frame. Just thinking if your shop has sold 10 and sent 3 in, that would be 30% DOA rate. Just wondering what chances are mine is bad. I ran one 3 heats and a main last week plus some practice and seems fine. Do they work for a while then start doing it? |
which of the GT series esc's are for stock or mod? I want to get one for my kids truck.

From a statistical standpoint what if my hobby shop stocked 5 and all 5 worked awesome :P In any case, SP has always been more than willing to help people if they can.

Any of the Reventons can run that mod and stock motors. The Pro of course is top dog, but also more expensive. |
I cant find the motor limits on the SP website for the R and S motors. 70 amp for the R and 40 amp for the S. I have a 10.5 in my kids sc10. so trying to pick the correct one.
