Just feel the need to post this.....

On Viper Warranty service. We stand behind how our product was made and produced. To file a warranty claim a customer can go to our warranty site at www.hadrma.com and fill out and RMA form. Please read the information on the site. Please note the following:

Warranty guidelines -
- we can only warranty the original owner of an item (purchased from a retail store/shop/dealer).
- Item must be within warranty period. Must have receipt to show when document was purchased. Without receipt date of warranty period can not be verified.
- Item must not have been altered, changed, modified in any way how it was manufactured.

We are open to help review any item sent to us. Its horrible when anything fails or breaks, there is chance it can happen every time we turn on our cars for list a reasons. If the problems are related to our products, we want to help resolve the issue... even if its not our product. Defects are possible, failures are possible. We just hope we don't see any, but the reality is -- it can happen. Thanks.

Now you are talking, keep the hints coming...

I will be running my new to me RB6 Mod at the next club race, set up is VTX10 and a BE 10.5 and going 72/26. Should be fun on my behaviorly challenged track.

Thanks Nikos

If you still have the VF4.40, one way to get more top end but keep the motor cool is to play (if your ESC is capable) with boost settings at the higher RPM ranges.

We did this back in the day with the sc10 4x4 with 4000kv motors to get more top end speed with out changing the pinion as going to a taller pinion caused temp issues.

we actually would add like 5 degrees of timing at a higher RPM range ( I think like 5 or 7 thousand) and went down a tooth on the pinion. Motor ran nice and cool and hand top end to keep up with the 4600kv motor.

Unless the Viper motor responds different, should work good.

Cain has an option to try. But like he said only 5*. Don't get greedy because too much timing will cause and issue as well.

Hi,

I am looking for a the Viper VTX8 system but at the moment, no system is available in Germany.
Comes a new model system of VTX8?

I will buy in germany because of the warranty.

Yes, we are working on a brand new unit. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures or exact details on when it will be released. Keep your eyes open. As soon as I can tell you ---- I will.

hello Sir, I ask (you maybe) before when is the release of the new VTX8 esc but same thing what you said here "no release date yet" I think that's around may or june, we are on the "ber" months now and still we are waiting for the new VTX8, also i was in need of a new 1/8th esc on that time and i was force to buy tekin esc (but still with vf8 motor on it ) because vtx8 is nowhere to be found. I hope the needs of your customer will soon be release because even i don't need a new esc i will still buy the new vtx8 because this esc rocks! 2 years in service now on my other buggy and still going strong! and also i hope the vlink program card will still work on the soon to be release vtx8!
