The black edition VST motors sure don't qualify as "nothin". Some killer product, sure have served me very well. if you haven't tried one im sure you would not regret it

Little bit of business management, little bit of bad timing.

When making new stuff, don't want to have any old stuff still in stock when the new stuff comes out -- no one will buy it.

Last shipment of VTX's was supposed to last us 6-8 months via past projections. We sold out in 4 months.

New stuff is coming... new 1/10 motors were released in December, everything else is being worked on right now...... can't wait for you all to see what's coming. Its been a long work in progress.

When can we expect to see new 1/10 ESC's?

Has anyone had problems using a Spektrum 6040 servo with a vtx10 esc?

My son runs that combo with no problems.

basis of software will be similar, we have some other things to try and work on. As for interface, that is still up in the air, but process will be similar.

I don't want to start playing the "date" game yet. As always happens in the r/c world, some shipping issue or last minute change comes up and delays stuff. So as we get closer I am sure stuff will start leaking out.

And for the comment with the website being down -- almost all the old stuff is sold out, so don't need to promote it anymore. Haven't released the new stuff yet, so nothing new to brag about either. If we didn't have 4-5 other product lines, my life would be boring...

Ok, just wondering if the old stuff will still have firmware updates.

Probably not - but we are so focused on the new stuff, it hasn't been discussed.

Really amazed at the difference in performance between the a55 and a64 firmware. I just swapped out a speed passion Reventon pro 1.1 with a vtx10r be. The be still had the a55 firmware. The performance was about the same between the two. I updated the firmware to the a64 and it was a marked difference. 17.5 buggy will do wheel stands now and is noticably faster. Acceleration also seems very smooth. Still need to play with the brake a bit to get it where I like it.

What do you need to update firmware?
