I saw this problem happened to someone else on this forum: I'd like to know if there's anything I can do about this broken motor? I don't want to misjuge Viper R/C products for that, because I've read very good things about them. I'd rather like to understand what happened and know what to do now! being that the motor is that new and the type of failure that you are claiming I would believe that it will be under warranty. There is a form on www.viper-rc.com under the contact viper section. You will want to fill that out and get it ready with the original receipt.

Great combination of manufacturers there. I've been a Viper guy for years and I have recently discovered Tekno's products are fantastic.

Do roar rules really apply for 4x4 sct? Isn't the only vehicle actually roar approved the traxxas slash?

Some have asked how to de-solder the factory joints on the Viper ESC's. I made a quick video on how to.

you're not the first person I heard say they had a viper motor break. a guy at the track sent it back and got bad customer service he claims.

I'm happy with my esc.

If you have the receipt just fill out a RMA form from Viper website and send it back to them, you will receive new motor back in roughly a week!
