Question as my radio came with no instructions. I am assuming that the radio already operates in the SHR mode correct? I can feel the difference in transit time between this radio and my 3pk for sure but if it has a faster operating mode it would be like esp!

This thing has a backlight right? How much of a difference driving wise will notice coming from a dx3.0?

Yes the radio has a back light. I am not to familiar with the dx3.0, does its screen not illuminate?

I was thinking of purchasing the new JR High Voltage servos, is anyone here running unregulated lipo through the receiver and are you having any problems?

I am running a 2 cell lipo unregulated and no problems so far. You might want to consider some hitec 7955's, they will handle the voltage and will save you some cash. Thats what I am running and love it. This radio is so crisp on the reponse.

It's interesting how many people prefer the m8 feel over the m11. The one thing I will say about the m8 that was awesome in comparison to the m11 is that I could drive my r/c with one hand with the m8 (thumb controlled the steering). It's still possible to do this with the m11, but it's much more difficult and I can't go full speed like I could with the m8, because I don't have as much control with the longer reach.

That being said, I'd like to see the next generation m11 move the top of the transmitter towards the middle. That way there is more balance and also it'll, once again, allow me to drive with only one hand.

EDIT: Does the M11x transmitter antenna allow the user to point it to the top left of the transmitter (if you're looking at it from the front)? That way the antenna is still pointing up if I'm holding the transmitter at an angle...?

Need Some Help

Got the new M11X all set up and working fine.. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to assign or use the correct button/switch for channel 3 or 4.. I want to use my led lights on either one of those channels and be able to turn them on and off by hitting a switch or button.

Can someone help me or walk me thorough the proper set up? My new M11X didnt come with a owners manual so I have been doing the entire set up in the dark.. Airtronics has a new manual in the mail but I would like to get these leds working today/tonight..

Thanks guys..
