Turn your radio on using the display slide button on the front. It is a built in safety feature of the radio. Some things can only be changed while the radio in in display mode (not transmitting like when the power switch is on).

How do you find the M11X? I'm still deciding whether to get the 4PK or the M11X. My biggest concern is that the 4PK's rx seems to have some overheating problems, and the local Futaba distributor in Manila does not offer a warranty. Also, is the battery tray in the M11X removable?

bradir, I have been using m11 since i started racin last 2006. I have 3 of em'.. just sold the other one last night. M11x for me is something i need to have due to the superb performance of the previous model. I will be using this new radio on friday. I'll let you know the result. I cannot say anything bout the 4pk though I've heard they are ok, too! Lil's in Manila doesnt give warranty? battray for m11x is removable. i am trying to find a proper Lipo for this. If you ask me,,,,,,,,,,better have this radio.:sneaky:

Thanks for the reply bradir! Unfortunately, Lil's does not provide a warranty  Wow 3 M11s, it must really be a good radio. Right now it looks like the M11X is the radio to get, being cheaper by almost $100 and having a warranty. Please let me know the result

Sub Trim

Just wanted to know if you could change the value of the sub trims, like you can with the other trims? (ie. instead of increments of -/+ 5 per click, can it be altered to -/+ 1 per click)

If so, how do you change it? Thanks in advance.

You mean the receiver? Tx is lipo ready. Rx is not, it's rated at 6 volts, but I've read about people doing fine with lipo rx packs without using a voltage regulator. Try it at your own risk :D
