I would, but my new radio I got last week didn't come with one. Had the slip of paper saying the new charger was included, but it was not in the box.

Having a wall charger is very convenient but not necessary to have one. A multi-chemistry charger can do it quickly and safely, the only thing is that you have to remove your battery from the TX to charge it.

Yea i know but i like to use the wall charger. lost mine, suppose i left it at a race. It works for me when i run my 1/8 scale buggy but not a big deal for electric when i have all the chargers set up.

I just got a M11X for xmas, coming from a M8 radio just wanted to ask if there is a big diff using this radio? Also I installed it into my buggy and I set my servos end points, and also the direction of travel but other than that I have not changed any of the setting like the expo or anything. is there any recommended settings that I need or should change or tweak? I really did not do anything to my M8 but plug it in , and drive.

Also i have 94358 servos in my buggy, my voltage reg wire pulled out and is dead, i use a Lipo rec pack, If i run this with out the reg will it burn out my servos? I assumed yes so thats why I have the volt reg. Thanks in advance.

? On the m11x. Does this radio support when binded to multiple receivers, it only control the receiver that is selected for that channel when multiple receivers are live.

Thx

Can the radio even bind to multiple receivers at the same instance?

On different channels. If I have channel 1 bind to rec x and channel 2 bind to rec y, if channel 1 is selected on the radio and as I control rec x, what will rec y do?

Edit:
it's called model match. Spectrum has this feature.

DookSD 12-28-2010 02:08 PM

It only controls 1 receiver at a time depending on your model.

For me, Model 1 is an RC8Be, Model 2 is a Ultima SC.

It doesn't control both at the same time if both are on. Just whatever receiver the model number is bound to.

serious? I was reading that only spectrum does that. if that's the case, sweet!

It will only bind with one (1) receiver at a time, this is true.

It doesn't differentiate between Models & receivers though.

It will only bind to which ever signal is stronger/faster to connect, no matter what model you have your radio set to.

oh, so it doesn't have model matching. This is something really important to me, as i use it with my dx3r. I run 2 classes 90% of the time. and maybe 50% of the time, my classes are back to back. What i do, which works REALLY good for me is, during my first race, i turn on both cars. I'll be the car up thats for the next race on the side of the track (on) while racing the other. When the race is over, i park that car, switch channels to the next car, then race that one. This way i get my lap practice time before the race. If i had to turn each car on and off with back to back races, i'll be super screwed! The one or two practice laps is crucial for my racing!

My M11x showed up today. The setup was fairly easy. I like the way the failsafe settings are configured, but dislike the "keyboard" for entering your model and user name. Thankfully you don't have to do it very often.

And the receivers are freaking *tiny*. I'll actually need to use some foam in the radio box. The old Spectrum rx's were big enough that the servo wires would wedge it in place.

That's upon bind.

Each model will bind with one receiver. Just put it in display mode, change the model, and it will control the car/receiver bound to that model only.

so it does do model match!

I bought an AIR 92451 SSR receiver to use with 9476M servo/Tekin RS Pro electronics. What mode do I have to have the transmitter in?

I noticed there are several modes (one of which isn’t supposed to be used except when in France), which one should I use for best response on throttle/steering? What if I get an SSR servo, which mode should I use then?
