Please be sure you are not using your battery from an older m11 as the voltage is different, the m11x runs on 7.4 volts where the older m11 ran on 12volt approximate so it you were trying to use an extra battery you had then it will not turn on.

Just a thought to try to help, also be sure the red wire on the battery plug is in the center.

Good luck
Sean

The first versions of the M11x came with a reciever only rated for 6.0v. The new ones i'm pretty sure come with the 451 receiver and will handle more power

Hi,
is this receiver the same as the 451R???
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXYXA7&P=ML

My question is because I got my M11X last April and would like to know if I can use it with LiPo and NO regulator.

Thanks for the help

Ok, as you can see I have the servo all the way back and there is just little room for the ball stud. I have shimmed up the ball stud so it sits little higher; in addition, I cut a flat on the ball joint as well so that is has even more room. Short of grinding on the case (which I will not do) this was the only way I could get enough clearance. For illustration presupposes you can see in the one photo where I have the ball stud half way out how close everything sits. It works, but I am a bit disappointed that they would need to make this servo so big. It is my understanding that this is the servo that Ryan Cavalleri runs in his B4.

Thoughts?

Hey It looks like that servo is shimmed with plastic from the aluminum servo mount... Have you tried removing that shim?
