Argus USA Engines Thread
#1235
Raced my RcRenew-modded A5 for probably the last time yesterday, and all I can say is WOW! This engine really rips, and in my truggy it has wicked bottom with a nice smooth power band. Keep a close watch, as it just might show up for sale in the near future as I switch my engines over to Alphas per my Triton RC sponsorship. My experience with Argus has been exceptional, and I'm looking forward to even better things with my modded Alphas. I'm beginning break-in on my orange-head s852 this week, so check out the Alpha thread if you're interested in my journey. Best of luck to all those sticking with Argus engines, they have served me well!!

Looks potent..
Don't care really about what Argus is doing in the States. In Europe they're still cheaper than Alpha(though fewer and further between..), so I'm still a fan and hope they stick around at good prices and with good power..

Hey guys
these engine are fantastic. Ran the a52 in both Buggy and Truggy all last year, with many podium finishes, a hand full of TQs, and a 3 hour enduro win.
But, I am going with my chassie sponsor's engines this year (SH)
So I got a Brand new, in the box, only been looked at A5 i would like to sell.
$179 shipped in the USA
PM Me if your interested, open to offers.
got a handfull of A52s (used, in good shape) as well. Cheap

Pulled the Argus A52 out from the bottom of the tool box and slapped it in the 8ight for some running on this nice 40* winter day. This motor is 5 gallons old and hasn't been ran since September, fired right up and only had to do a few hours of each needle to get it running perfect.
