Would you run the 9901/41001 on the truggy as well with a 7 port?

That's what I'm running. Woke the motor up. Truck was good before, but that combo just made everything better. More speed, same torque, better run time and it feels a little more linier as well.

Thanks for the replies. Will have to do some more swaps and runs.

Has anyone put together a chart of pipe and manifild combos or uses?

Finding just reading novas description does not always help.

Novarossi Mito7 Is no longer available on the Novarossi website.
What happened? Low sales...

Yes it is not worth having a product in production that is not sold.

I only use the 9901 and 2086 pipe with 41001 header.

Default On Road 2015

I have heard that the on-road novarossi 2015 pipe is good to use on a roma .25 .. is this just for fuel economy or a good all-round option..

That seems strange to me as the 2015 is an onroad pipe which will give lots of RPM but reduced bottom end feel. On the ROMA in truggy I run 2096/41032 and this gives great power and runtime. The power band is quite linear with the 2096. If you want even more power then 9901/41032 but this makes the power band very aggressive in my experience.

Never had an issue with the flat head screws on Novarossi engines (never heard any complaints in all the years I've ran novarossi engines). What exactly in your opinion makes the screws garbage?

As long as you are using the right size screwdriver the screws are absolutely fine. Novarossi don't do optional hex screws but I'm sure you can find equivalent thread at the hardware store.

I'm with Dan. I did have the opinion the flat head were junk. Then I got the right size flat head bit and have had 0 issues. Like anything you have to have bit with zero play. Put the wrong size hex driver in a hex screw and see how well it works. Same with flat head.
