Yes, that's it. I don't know where you're located, but there are usually pet stores, etc, that will carry it. Especially "feed" type of stores with equine supplies.

I also run Vet Wrap on my Filers, Handy stuff IMO.

Make sure to get the 3M Brand name vet wrap. The knockoff stuff doesn't adhere to itself therefore falling off the filter....
