Ya Baby!
RC CARS! |
Wanted to post here to see if I could get a little help...
Need some advise. I have a few month old Bonito, and never did anything with the shims and runs great. Now I have a BTT for my Buggy (rear ceramic), just now getting to about a gallon. I run on the East Coast not very high Altituides, temps vary from 60F -80F running a C6TGC plug with Byron's Gen2 ProDriver 30%/9%. Do I need to do anything with the shims on this engine to get the most out of it? Any advise is very much appreciated!! |

I would keep the shims as stock right now, maybe after it is fully broken (read 2 to 3 gallons) in get the .1 shim and remove the .2mm shim so your total stack would be .7 to regain some compression and performance.

So a vented bell is not needed for the Komp clutch as recommended? if so that opend up the choices to some better clutch bells with larger bearings.

I also havent had any issue with using the large kyosho washer either ;) I have been very happy with the performance of the buku systems on both mp9 and st-rr I have also been very happy with fusionx engines I did try the Roma last wknd also |

Was that a stock Roma ? What were your thoughts, can't find to much info on them
Yes , stock was great ;) |
My friend is having a barbecue in a park and we planning on running our buggies. But the smell of nitro Might bother ppl so we thinking of buying Parma nitro speed scent. They come in different scent like cherry. I think if we used it, it won't bother ppl as much. My question is will the nitro scent do any harm to our Nova or Werks .21 engines?
